Message from the Executive Director of INTERLINK:
Why Take This Course?
- Taught by English language experts: All courses are taught by instructors with master’s degrees in teaching English to speakers of other languages. Instructors are well-versed in how to create the best learning environment for English learning
- INTERLINK: This course is delivered by INTERLINK International Institutes, a US-based company dedicated to English instruction and academic preparation. It has centers in several US universities and at Al Yamamah University in Saudi Arabia. INTERLINK uses the INSPIRED model to help ensure that students have a hands-on, practical, experiential learning experience
- Native speakers: Native and native-like instructors of English teach this course. Online courses will be taught by US-based INTERLINK teachers, and in-person courses will be taught by INTERLINK teachers at YU
- Language USE: The program focuses on creating opportunities for USING English, not simply memorizing grammar rules and vocabulary
- Studying English in schools and other places did not help you because it focused on explaining grammar and memorizing vocabulary. We encourage you to read, write, speak, and listen in English.
- You USE English for your professional and academic success
